PadPak^® is a highly versatile paper packaging system, ideal for cushioning, wrapping and blocking & bracing, even the most valuable and fragile products. Dependent on the strength of packaging required, 1, 2 or 3-ply untreated kraft paper is separated allowing air to be trapped between the layers. Inside the patented converting machine, the paper layers are crimped together to form a protective cushioning pad, which can then be used to safely package the product.



Pads for heavy cushioning can be formed using the PadPak Junior and PadPak Senior machines, whilst the PadPak LC provides an ideal high-speed solution for cushioning.
